Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to each appointment.
We charge a $55 No-Show Fee for missed appointments. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Billing statements are sent after your insurance has been processed. For billing questions, please call our office directly.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Online payments are available securely through our Xpress Pay portal.
